Here's how you can create a basic static snippet in Odoo, along with the XML code to define the snippet template and register it within the Website Editor. A static snippet is a fixed content block in Odoo’s Website Builder. It’s defined once and remains unchanged unless a user edits it. It’s great for reusable, unchanging elements like banners, info blocks, and promotional sections. Two XML templates are defined: Static snippet template – Defines the content block (HTML markup). Snippet registration template – Registers the snippet inside the Website Editor panel (website.snippets).
