This module enables you to manage your customer satisfaction surveys and their answers.
This module empowers you to gather valuable customer feedback through surveys and efficiently manage the entire process within the management system.
Design custom surveys tailored to your customer satisfaction needs. You can likely add multiple pages and various question types (e.g., multiple choice, Likert scale, open-ended) within Management System > Configuration > Surveys.
All survey responses are collected and stored within the module. This eliminates the need for manual data entry or scattered responses, promoting data integrity and easier analysis.
To configure this module,
Go to Management System > Configuration > Surveys
Click on Create to create your customer satisfaction survey
Add pages and questions
To use this module,
Publish the survey on the web (using the website module) or
Print the survey and send it by email or
Call your customer and go through the list of questions over the phone
