It provides a dedicated space within "Management Systems / Reviews" to manage the entire review process. You can create new reviews, specify participants, and record details like reviewed policies, KPIs, and survey results.
The module facilitates discussions on identified issues during the review. You can log decisions associated with actions or nonconformities within the review itself, ensuring clear documentation and traceability.
Go to Management Systems / Reviews. Create a new review with the date, the persons, the policies of your systems, the KPI and survey results
